2. Use License & Integration

Neural Naps offers automated short-form video creation, audio synthesis, and automatic platform publishing. By integrating your social media channels (such as TikTok):

• You authorize Neural Naps to connect to your account via OAuth using secure APIs.
• You grant the necessary scopes (such as video.publish) required to post and schedule content automatically on your behalf.
• You agree that all content automatically created by the system is generated based on your configured parameters and rules.

3. Content Responsibility & Community Guidelines

As the account owner, you maintain full responsibility for all content posted to your social channels via our automation services:

• All content published must fully comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, copyright laws, and intellectual property standards.
• You must not use Neural Naps to distribute spam, misleading, abusive, illegal, or harmful content.
• We reserve the right to immediately halt automation services if we detect violations of platform guidelines or copyright infringement.

4. Disclaimers & Limitations

The materials and services on Neural Naps are provided on an 'as is' basis. Neural Naps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Furthermore, Neural Naps does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the services, nor is it responsible for any account limitations or suspensions imposed by third-party platforms (like TikTok) due to high posting frequencies or content policy violations.

5. Service Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time, with or without notice, to ensure compliance with third-party platform API updates or legal changes.
